Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode will likely be released free for everybody

Epic Games seems determined in going for a slice on the pie that Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is now eating via himself. The upcoming Battle Royale mode for Fortnite Items, which has been announced  earlier this month will almost certainly be free in the event it launches on September 26. Yes, free, such as everyone will probably be able to act, either on PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One – no reason to purchase a  Founder’s Pack.
Fortnite’s Battle Royale is in fact its little own free-to-play game: you are able to download it totally free on the Epic Games Buy Fortnite Items PC launcher, PlayStation Store or Xbox Store. The developers promise that  this 100-player PvP mode will probably be fair understanding that they won’t “sell products which give a competitive advantage. At some point inside future we’ll sell other considerations including cosmetics or compendium- like content.”
This is definitely an clever proceed to bring in some additional players to Fortnite prior to a official free-to-play launch, that’s planned for 2018. In a day or two, the Battle Royale genre is likely to have a  new contender, Fortnite’s… erm… Battle Royale.
